Tepi National Spices Research Center

History: Tepi National Spices Research Center (TNSRC) is one of the centers of the Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research (EIAR). It used to be one of the testing sites under Jimma Agricultural Research Center of the EIAR since 1973 for coffee and spices research, representing hot to warm humid lowland agro-ecologies of the country. Now the center coordinates the national spice research activities.
