It is true that the effectiveness of agricultural research depends on the application of modern scientific tools, expert skills and the level of knowledge acquired. Since the development of scientific tools and knowledge is constantly improving, it is necessary to organize a coordination directorate to carry out research infrastructure and human resource capacity building to maintain the competitiveness of national agricultural research results by following this process.
