In order to meet the current needs of agricultural development, it is necessary to coordinate the partners of the research system l around common national goals: – to provide viable technologies and create widespread demand for consumers. In order to accelerate the transformation of agricultural development, the agricultural research system needs to strengthen its relationship and strategic partnership with international research institutions, as well as strengthen its networking with the development of the agro-industry. Accordingly, the directorate has detailed tasks in terms of establishing effective and functional partnerships with international institutions in addition to facilitating the coordination of institutions in the research system.

Under this directorate, there are two programs that engage experts from different sectors. They are:
