GIZ- SSAP – holds a capacity building Training

The Supporting Sustainable Agricultural Productivity (GIZ-SSAP) Project offered a training on team building and coordination skill for breeders of Faba bean breeding program from September 4-8, 2023, Addis Ababa. The training helps to strengthen the ability to coordinate and improve the organizational team structure of the national Faba bean breeding program.

During the training’s introductory remarks, Rebecca G/Tsadik (PhD), project component manager, emphasized that faba bean breeding program breeders should be unconventional on coordination and team building so that the overall communication promotes effectiveness in output deliver of the breeding program. She also stated that researchers are expected to improve their skills in their future careers by utilizing the conceptual and technical parts of the training.
